Kids work on a self defense skills, traditonal Karate, and Jiu-Jitsu; at the Orange belt level traditional weapons training.

This class is for you and your child to spend time with eachother while learning the martial arts. Ages 1 1/2 & up
This class is designed for cardio, while learning how to kickbox.

This class is for 4-7 yr. old kids. The stranger danger program is integrated into in this cirriculum.
Kids learn traditional karate with a focus on self defense, self confidence, and self discipline.

Classes for Adults cover a variety of topics. Fitness and Self Defense are a main focus. We recommend this class for all belt levels. Train hard and have fun!

This class is only for students Orange & Up (kids) classes will include: sparring, self-defenses, kata, etc.

This is a class for Adult Beginners, in which you will be learning the basics of the Martial Arts.

Classes for Adults cover a variety of topics. Fitness and Self Defense are a main focus for beginners. We recommend this class for all white, yellow, and orange belts. Train hard and have fun!

|Adult Open Tai Chi|
We study the Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan. Tai Chi is a slow moving, low impact Martial Art. It is what is known as an internal Martial Art for it's mental and internal benefits, along with the physical benefits.
